The Recruitment Company is seeking an AI Engineer for a 12‑month contract in Dublin with hybrid working. Join a leading financial services organisation to develop and deliver AI-powered solutions.

You will design and implement Generative AI and ML solutions in an AWS environment, building RAG pipelines, integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, model deployment, data pipelines and API development. Work with an agile team using modern software practices.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in Machine Learning Engineering systems, including model development, feature engineering, deployment and inference optimisation.
• Strong experience developing Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangSmith, LlamaIndex, prompt engineering and fine‑tuning.
• Strong Python / Java development skills, including building APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Practical experience with AWS services and cloud‑based data platforms such as Snowflake and RDS/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data pipelines, ML frameworks, exposure to Airflow & Terraform nice to have.

Responsabilidades

AI Engineer

• 12-month contract with strong potential for extension

• €500–€550 per day

• Dublin – Hybrid working

An excellent opportunity for a Machine Learning / Gen AI Engineer to join a leading financial services organisation, working on the development and delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions.

You will play a key role in designing, building and optimising Generative AI and machine learning solutions within an AWS cloud environment. The role will involve hands‑on engineering across RAG pipelines, LLM integration, prompt engineering, model deployment, data pipelines and API development, helping to automate complex operational processes and deliver tangible business value.

Working within an agile engineering team, you will collaborate with data, product and technology specialists to deliver scalable, secure and high‑performing AI solutions using modern software engineering practices.
