Job summary

Breagh Recruitment Ltd in Galway is recruiting a Project Manager to lead a €200m+ mixed-use development, coordinating the construction team and ensuring progress against programme, quality, safety and commercial targets.

You will look ahead to upcoming phases, coordinate design information and ensure labour, subcontractors and resources are in place, working closely with senior management, consultants, commercial teams and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Significant Project Manager experience with a main building contractor.
• Proven track record delivering substantial building projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience leading Site Managers, Engineers and construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction programming, sequencing and project planning.
• Relevant construction, engineering or technical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project team throughout construction.
• Manage programme, sequencing and overall project progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and design information.
• Ensure works are delivered to the required quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact programme delivery.
• Coordinate with the commercial team on procurement, subcontractors and project requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with senior management and the wider project team.
