You’ll collaborate with Engineering Manager, Product and wider teams to translate business needs into scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer with leadership responsibility.
• Mentor developers, promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Strong communication with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of business-critical apps and microservices while staying hands-on.
• Provide technical leadership across the team, ensuring code quality, testing and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Product and architecture to drive delivery and improvements.
• Design and develop REST APIs, backend services and modern frontend applications.
• Own technical solutions from design to deployment and production support.
• Promote CI/CD and DevOps practices across the team.
• Mentor engineers and support skill development across levels.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Help manage priorities across workstreams and perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability and scalability.
