Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Client & Trade Support Executive for its Cross Borders division. The role sits in the Payables line and is based at the Moorgate office in London.

You will act as a middle desk between clients, front of house, and back-office teams, ensuring exceptional service and accurate processing of trades. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, support Dealers and clients, and drive process improvements while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-facing or operational role within FX or payments.
• Experience working in dealer/trade support is beneficial.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth client experience.
• Provide first-hand support to Dealers and their clients on trades.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service.
• Educate clients on processes to reduce future queries and dependency.
• Assist cash flow through timely collection of receivables and monitor outstanding trades.
