Job summary

Alter Domus in Ireland is seeking an Operations & Oversight Officer to deliver our world-class fund administration solutions to a portfolio of clients. You will join a dedicated team within the Management Company.

You will participate in operational and transactional processes, support onboarding, valuation, portfolio and risk management, and assist with annual audits and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor or Master degree in Economics or Finance, is fluent in

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Economics, Finance or an equivalent field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in operational and transactional processes with oversight of delegated functions and client relations.
• Assist clients with daily requests and represent the Management Company values.
• Perform monitoring procedures for fund activities and reporting.
• Support Onboarding, Valuation, Portfolio and Risk Management teams.
• Prepare operating memoranda with clients and service providers.
