Job summary

Apex Group in Limerick invites a Funds Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients and funds, coordinating with global teams to ensure accurate data and timely system setup.

You will manage onboarding journeys, resolve issues, and maintain documentation while building strong client relationships and contributing to global fund launches. Excellent communication and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Operations or Risk Management.
• Understanding of Fund Compliance and Regulatory Reporting.
• Familiarity with asset classes: F&O, Fwds, OTCs, Swaps, structured products.
• Bloomberg or market data platforms is a plus.
• Client service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end onboarding for new clients and fund launches.

In this client-focused position, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients and fund implementations, working closely with teams across Ireland, Spain, India, Guernsey, and other international locations. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will coordinate onboarding activities, ensure data and system requirements are completed accurately and on time, and support clients through every stage of the process.
