Job summary

Amicus Search & Recruitment client, a leading international law firm in Dublin, seeks an Associate or Senior Associate for its funds and investment management group. You will work on Irish fund structures including ETFs and UCITS, advising a UK/US/European client base on structuring, establishment and operation.

You will draft and negotiate fund documentation, review Irish law transaction documents, and manage matters end to end.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' PQE as an investment funds lawyer, ideally gained at a top-tier firm.
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting and written communication skills.
• Solid technical knowledge and the confidence to run transactions.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advise UK/US/European clients on structuring and operating Irish fund products.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation; review transaction documents from an Irish law perspective.
• Manage matters end to end.
• Help develop junior lawyers and participate in business development.

Our client, a leading international law firm, is growing its market-leading Dublin funds and investment management group and is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate. If you want to work on high-profile fund launches for a blue-chip international client base, this is a strong next step.

The firm sits within a global professional services group with offices across the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Some of the world's largest hedge fund managers, private equity houses and asset managers rely on it. Its Dublin funds team is one of the leading practices in the Irish market, and it is still expanding. That means real responsibility early, direct client contact, and the chance to make a visible contribution to a practice on the up. The team is collegiate and supportive, and works closely with colleagues across other practice areas and international offices on cross-border matters.

The work covers the full spectrum of Irish regulated and unregulated fund structures. On the public side, that means ETFs, UCITS and retail ELTIFs. On the alternatives side, it means private credit, hedge and private equity funds. The team is also active in growth areas like sustainable investing and digital assets and tokenisation. You'll advise a predominantly UK, US and European client base on structuring, establishing and operating Irish fund products. You'll draft and negotiate fund documentation, review transaction documents from an Irish law perspective and manage matters end to end. You'll also help develop junior lawyers and take an active part in business development.

You'll bring:
