Job summary

LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator for a fixed-term period. The role is 35 hours per week, office-based, from 1 October 2026 to 15 January 2027, with salary in the €36,470 - €56,018 range.

You will ensure supporters are thanked promptly and understand the impact of their donation while providing essential admin support to the fundraising team. Ideal candidates will have a Leaving Certificate, proven admin or fundraising experience, and be eligible to

Summary of the role:

The Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our supporters are adequately thanked in a timely fashion and know the true impact of their donation. This person will also provide administrative support to LauraLynn's Fundraising team, who undertake a variety of fundraising campaigns and activities on an annual basis. Donor care is of utmost importance here in LauraLynn and we want our supporters to have the best experience when they choose to support LauraLynn. This role will predominantly be office based.

Essential Criteria - the successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in administration or fundraising
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
