Job summary

GP Fund Solutions is seeking a Fund Controller to drive accurate financial reporting for multiple clients and to support investors across US, UK and EU. The role emphasizes technical accounting expertise and strong leadership within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CA/CPA), and 5+ years of accounting experience with demonstrated management ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients.
• Review client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key reports.
• Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients.
• Coordinate and oversee the external audit process, as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms.
• Prepare and review partner capital calls, waterfall models, distribution notices, and management fee calculations.
• Lead, train, and mentor team members by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback.
• Ensure the team’s compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables.
