Job summary

GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) is seeking an Associate Fund Controller to support client accounting, reporting, and compliance duties. You will collaborate with auditors, prepare financial statements, and review complex models such as waterfalls and management fees.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff, delivering accurate workpapers, and maintaining strong client relationships across US, UK, and EU investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• 2+ years post-qualified experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service by handling transaction recording, reconciling, and workpaper preparation.
• Coordinate and support external audits with timely auditor responses.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in line with reporting standards.
• Compute and review complex financial models including waterfalls, distributions, and fees.
• Build strong client relationships by managing expectations and inquiries.
