Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search seeks a Private Equity Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead a finance team in Ireland, Dublin. You will oversee quarterly and annual financial statements, NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting for multiple private equity funds.

As a supervisor, you will mentor accountants, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting or a similar role.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of private equity structures, waterfall calculations, and investor reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds
