Quest Recruitment is assisting in finding a Fund Accounting Supervisor for a 12 Month FTC role in Dublin. The position leads NAV calculations across a varied fund portfolio and acts as the key client contact to deliver first-class service in a collaborative environment.

Leading the review and delivery of accurate and timely NAV calculations across a varied portfolio of funds.
Acting as the key contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing first-class service.
Supporting new fund launches and ensuring a smooth operational transition.
Reviewing financial reporting, expense accruals, income allocations and fee calculations.
Driving continuous improvement across fund accounting processes and controls.
Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members while helping build a high-performing team.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Investor Services and other key business areas.
Around 4+ years' experience within Fund Accounting or Fund Operations.
Experience working with Alternative Investment Funds, with exposure to private markets viewed favourably.
Strong understanding of NAV production and investment fund accounting.
Confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Someone who enjoys developing people and building strong client relationships.
Professional qualification or Finance-related degree would be beneficial but isn't essential.
