Job summary

Albany Beck in Dublin is seeking experienced Fund Accountants to join our consulting team, supporting a leading global investment services organisation within Fund Accounting. The role covers NAV review, controls, and production lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will bring 3–6 years of fund accounting experience, familiarity with NAV calculations, and knowledge of Investran or Geneva. Private markets exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' fund accounting experience within investment management, asset servicing or fund administration.
• Experience with NAV production, review and controls.
• Proficiency with Investran and/or Geneva fund accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review daily, weekly and monthly NAV calculations ahead of final sign-off.
• Perform detailed reviews of fund accounting activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review and validate cash reconciliations, position reconciliations, pricing data and income accruals.
• Investigate and resolve NAV exceptions, breaks and discrepancies.
• Ensure NAV controls and review procedures are completed in accordance with established operating models.
• Work closely with Fund Accounting teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and service delivery.
• Support the production and review of financial reporting and wider fund accounting deliverables.
• Assist with process improvements and contribute to maintaining a robust control environment.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support day-to-day Fund Accounting operations.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure deadlines are met within a fast-paced NAV environment.
