Job summary

Musgrave Group is seeking a flexible Part-Time Retail Assistant at Donnybrook Fair Morehampton Road. You will work across a variety of shifts, including early starts on weekdays, to deliver high-quality service and help customers find the right products.

The ideal candidate will bring customer service experience and a willingness to go the extra mile for shoppers, with a focus on tills, merchandising and stock maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1 yr+ food retail experience is advantageous
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner
• Assist customers in finding products and solutions
• Operate till and handle money accurately
• Merchandise and display products as directed
• Maintain stock levels and replenish as needed
• Support other store departments as required
• Keep store clean and hygienic to standard
• Maintain agreed merchandising standards

In this role, you will be required to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week. Therefore, you must be fully available to work different schedules, including early-start shifts on weekdays.

Please do not apply if you are not flexible to work between Monday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Service Excellence is provided to all customers

• Assisting customers with finding the right solution/products if needed
• Till operations and money handling

Ideal Candidate:
