Job summary

O'Brien's Wines in Rathmines is seeking a dynamic Full-time Sales Assistant to join our busy shop. You will greet customers, help select wines, process transactions, and support daily store operations. If you love wine and delivering great service, we'd love to meet you.

Full-time, 39 hours per week with weekend work, plus ongoing training and development. Enjoy staff discounts, health plan, pension and progression through WSET courses in a friendly, inclusive team.

About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the store's daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the face of O'Brien's, helping customers find the perfect wine and ensuring that our store runs smoothly.

• Complete tasks assigned by management to the highest standards, following company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Accurately operate the till system and handle transactions.
• Keep stock levels up to date and well-organised.
• Maintain high merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presentable.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.
