Job summary

Supermac’s Ballyhea is seeking a full-time Retail & Forecourt Assistant to join our Ballyhea Express Top Oil Service Station, Charleville, Co. Cork. The role requires flexibility to work on site across store duties.

Candidates must be 18+ due to alcohol and tobacco products. You will deliver excellent customer care, handle payments, maintain HACCP, and keep the shop clean and well-presented for every customer visit.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and efficient customer care in a busy retail and forecourt environment.
• Handle transactions and assist customers with enquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards including HACCP where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate cash register and process payments.
• Open/close cash registers and balance tills.
• Keep shelves tidy, stock checks, and prevent stock loss.
• Assist with food service and HACCP compliance.
• Support management and team during busy periods.
