Job summary

The Glasshouse Hotel in Sligo is seeking experienced full-time Bar Tenders to join our team. Shifts are predominantly evenings, including weekdays and weekends, usually from 3/5pm until close. You'll work as part of a fast-paced hospitality team delivering great service.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of bar experience, be fully trained bartenders/mixologists, and be eligible to work in Ireland. Knowledge of POS systems, the ability to multitask, and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar environment is essential (minimum 1 year).
• Fully trained Bar Tender and trained Mixologist.
• Eligible to work in Ireland and fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Serve and prepare drinks behind the bar.
• Greet customers and take orders promptly.
• Maintain hygiene across outlets and service areas.
• Work closely with floor staff.
