Cinnamon in Dublin is hiring a Full-time Cafe Assistant to work on-site in a busy cafe environment. The role covers food prep, kitchen duties, front-of-house, and barista tasks with shift patterns from early mornings to afternoons. The position requires 2 years in hospitality, with a 5-shift week from Monday to Saturday and Sundays off. Pay ranges per hour and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent friendly customer service.

We are looking for a fulltime experienced individual to work in the cafe as we getting into busier period. Position is varied and includes food prep, kitchen, front of house and barista. Must have ability to be flexible and multitask while having a smile on your face! Shifts are normally 6:45- 2, 2:30 or 3:30 and 8-3:30. Full time position is 5 shifts between Monday and Saturday. Never Sunday as we are closed so Sunday. This job is not suitable for someone returning to Full time College or someone in English college mornings or afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Barista - should have experience in face paced environment making coffees at speed,
• Preparing Sandwiches and Salads and presenting them in the Deli Counter in an appetising manner!
• Preparing some simple Breakfast item and plating them well,
• Ensuring Breakfast service runs smoothly,
• Taking Orders at counter and serving customers with a smile,
• Providing excellent friendly customer service,
• Cleaning the cafe area,
• Completing HACCP sheets.
