Responsibilities

• Barista—work in a busy cafe preparing coffees quickly.
• Prepare sandwiches and salads and display them appetisingly at the deli counter.
• Prepare simple breakfast items and plate them well.
• Ensure breakfast service runs smoothly.
• Take orders at counter and serve customers with a smile.
• Provide excellent friendly customer service.
• Clean the cafe area.
• Complete HACCP sheets.
