First Steps Creche, Silversprings in Cork, Ireland is seeking a caring, full-time team member to join our small full-day care service for children aged 1–5 years.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 childcare qualification, be fluent in English, have strong communication and teamwork skills, and follow TUSLA regulations to ensure safety and well-being.

You will care for 1–2.5 year olds, implement age-appropriate activities, and promote a secure, stimulating learning environment.

Competenze

• Minimum Level 5 recognised Childcare qualification.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills, an ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team.
• You will be caring for 1-2.5 year olds; implement early age-appropriate activities; ensure safety, security and well-being.
