Job summary

Decathlon Ireland is seeking a Sport Advisor (Sales Assistant) to be the face of our store, helping customers choose the right gear and services across in-store, online, and social channels. You will deliver tailored solutions, build relationships, and promote our range while ensuring a welcoming, safe shopping environment.

As a Sport Advisor (Sales Assistant), you are the face of our store and the primary connection to our customers. By providing expert advice to everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes, you ensure they leave with the right gear, the right service, and a great experience—whether in-store, online, or beyond.

• Promote Products and Services: Actively promote and sell our offer through various channels, including in-store interactions, online platforms, and social media engagement.
• Facilitate Smooth Transactions: Offer different payment options and provide basic repair and personalisation services to enhance the customer experience.
• Create a welcoming and accessible store environment that encourages customers to explore our diverse range of sports products and solutions:
