Cpl is hiring a Software Engineer II for our Ireland team, based in Dublin. You will own the full software lifecycle across frontend and backend, collaborating with peers to design innovative dealer-facing solutions for international markets.

You’ll work with Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, AWS, and related technologies to deliver scalable features. A fast learner, you’ll thrive in a collaborative engineering culture and be ready to ship quickly.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development in a professional setting.
• Experience building full-stack applications with frameworks such as Spring Boot, NextJS, Express, ASP.NET, Django, or Rails.
• Ability to write clean, well-tested, efficient code that passes code reviews with minimal comments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow Dublin engineering presence by contributing to team culture, practices, and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand and solve new product requirements and technical challenges.
• Work with Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, AWS, and other modern technologies to build consumer and dealer products.
• Contribute to system design and write well-crafted code to evolve our service-oriented architecture.
• Engage in full development lifecycle: designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and monitoring.
