Job summary

Harvey Nash seeks a Full Stack Developer to join our Dublin-based agile team on a 12‑month contract. You’ll work across frontend and backend, using React on the frontend and Java Spring Boot on the backend to build modern, scalable web applications delivered to a global audience.

You’ll design RESTful APIs, optimise performance and reliability, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, REST APIs, and frontend best practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Java Spring Boot on the backend.
