Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland in Dublin is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across front-end and back-end.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers in a fast-paced FinTech environment to deliver secure, user-friendly financial technology solutions and contribute to technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial full stack development experience.
• Solid back-end experience with one or more listed languages (Node.js, Java, C#/.NET or Python).
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Relational and NoSQL databases knowledge (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD and modern development workflows.
• Agile or Scrum environment experience.
• Secure coding practices and software engineering principles.
• FinTech/financial services domain experience.
• Docker, Kubernetes or containerised apps.

Required Skills & Experience

• Good understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and secure coding practices.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Previous experience working within FinTech, banking, payments or financial services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or containerised applications.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with financial APIs, payment integrations or Open Banking.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of security, data protection and regulatory considerations within financial services.
