Job summary

Uisce Éireann seeks a Frontline Technical Lead to support the Asset Operations team, focusing on drinking water assets, risk management, and rapid resolution of issues. You will provide engineering and technical capability on the frontline and act as a liaison with other UE functions to minimise disruption to customer service.

The role requires experience in water utilities, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to safety. Based in Tipperary with responsibilities across the region.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in water utilities or related field is desirable.
• Strong health & safety culture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical leadership for Drinking Water assets.
• Support regional operations with engineering analysis and incident response.
• Oversee safety management and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with Centre of Excellence and external authorities as needed.
• Assist in project planning and asset maintenance activities.
