Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Process Technician 2 to support engineers by analysing data from production lines and testing electro-mechanical assemblies. You will work with outside suppliers to meet equipment specifications while following safety and LOTO requirements.

Under Engineering supervision, you will test and document results, maintain equipment, and contribute to process improvements to boost yields and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience applying problem solving methodologies (A3s, 5 Whys).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and data.
• Experience in manufacturing or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• You will retrieve and analyse engineering data such as yield performance results.
• You will test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test equipment.
• You will operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
• You will analyse and record test results, and prepare written documentation.
• You will perform operational test and fault isolation on automated systems and equipment.
• You will follow safety and LOTO procedures and update equipment documentation.
