Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in PLC systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving process improvements to increase yield and reduce downtime.
• Clear communication skills with technicians and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate equipment technicians to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Delegate and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical leadership during escalations and equipment failures.
• Track and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
