Access Healthcare in Dublin 2 is seeking a Marketing Executive to join a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where your individual results directly impact earnings.

With uncapped monthly commission, your total compensation can grow from around €45K in year one to about €75K in year two, with top performers earning substantially more; you will build relationships with healthcare professionals, generate opportunities, and turn conversations into placements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of post-graduation experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Specialist, a Campaign Executive, or any other Lead generation Role.
• Comfortable communicating with people and building relationships.
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Resilient, ambitious, and willing to put in the work to succeed.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday.
