Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of meals, snacks, and other food items.
• Support the kitchen and serving team during meal service.
• Ensure the kitchen, servery, counters, and surrounding areas are kept clean, tidy, and well organised.
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all residents.
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and environmental procedures and guidelines.
• Complete cleaning duties in line with the required cleaning schedules.
• Attend relevant training courses and team meetings as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by residents or Trinity Care Management.
