Job summary

Trinity Care (IRL) is seeking a flexible catering assistant to support food production and servery tasks at our location in County Cavan. You will assist with food preparation and ensure a clean, hygienic environment while delivering friendly service to residents.

Shift patterns include 8 to 6, 9 to 7, 6 to 2 and 6 to 11. The role requires adherence to health and safety and cleaning schedules, with opportunities to attend location meetings and contribute to company values.

Qualifications

• Assist in the preparation of food / snacks.
• Keep the kitchen and servery areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all residents.
• Attend food safety, health and safety and environmental training courses as required.
• Rigourously follow the unit cleaning schedules.
