Job summary

Doyles Veg Prep, part of the Musgrave Group, seeks a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations for fresh produce. You will oversee reception, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery while maintaining food safety and stock controls.

The role requires hands-on leadership, labor planning, and the ability to manage performance. You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Transport teams to meet daily customer demands and uphold

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, production, distribution, FMCG, or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing attendance, performance, and conduct matters.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and traceability requirements.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift licence or experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operation of the warehouse.
• Ensure stock is received, rotated, and managed using FIFO principles.
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve operations.
• Lead and develop warehouse operatives to meet targets.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and ensure accurate, timely dispatch.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP procedures.
• Assist with stocktakes, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
