Job summary

Bentley Systems in Dublin (Hybrid/Office-Based) seeks an analyst for its Credit & Collections team. Native French and fluent English are required to join a multinational software company and develop your career in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include cash collection across EMEA, reconciling accounts, using Workday and Salesforce, and maintaining accuracy in invoicing and disputes. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Native French and fluent English required.
• Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail and very organized.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Results driven and target-focused.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to show persistence.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash for a ledger of accounts receivables in EMEA.
• Ensure that cash targets are met, and payment terms are respected.
• Keep overdue and DSO under control and to the minimum.
• Contact clients by phone and email regularly to confirm payment of invoices.
• Record contact activity and invoice status in Workday.
• Escalate issues to Credit and Collections Management and Account Managers when their intervention or awareness is required.
• Create a document and follow up on dispute cases in Workday and Salesforce.
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure that outstanding balances are correct.
• Review unapplied credits and handle refund requests.
• Address, reply and resolve queries of users by phone, email, and Service Now.
