Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Freight System Analyst to optimize transportation systems and freight processes within our global Parts & Services Logistics network. You will bridge Freight Operations, Process Owners and IT teams to ensure efficient, accurate data and evolving processes across SAP, TMS and WMS, while driving cost efficiency and service improvements.

The role focuses on system optimization, carrier management, reporting and integration work, with opportunities to lead continuous improvement

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in transportation, freight management, logistics systems or supply chain operations.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems, preferably Blue Yonder TMS.
Advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Experience with SAP within logistics or transportation processes.

Responsibilities

Act as Super User and SME for our Transportation Management System (Blue Yonder TMS).
Maintain transportation master data, carrier profiles, routing rules and service levels.
Monitor system performance and coordinate IT solutions.
Develop freight dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI.
Analyze transportation performance and freight spend to identify improvement opportunities.
Support testing, validation and deployment of system enhancements.
Ensure data consistency across SAP, TMS, WMS and external carriers.
