Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll team and support payroll processing for France and other EMEA regions. The role involves coordinating with external providers to ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of French payroll regulations, and proficiency with SAP or ADP and Excel for reporting and analysis. English fluency is required; some French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with strong knowledge of payroll compliance.
• Experience processing payroll in France.
• Proficient in payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP) and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in France and other EMEA payrolls using external providers.
• Deliver monthly and annual tax filings and social security contributions.
• Perform SOX controls for payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
