Job summary

Nostra, a leading MSP in Ireland, seeks a commercially minded FP&A professional to join our new function in Dublin. You will build habitual reporting, partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Service Delivery and Leadership, and help drive visibility of business performance.

You will enjoy working with data, building processes from the ground up, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and accountability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance.
• Exposure to MSP, technology or services-based businesses.
• Ability to build reporting processes and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support development of FP&A function and reporting framework across the business.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting packs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide insights from revenue, margin, utilisation and KPIs in the MSP environment.
• Provide financial insight to support commercial and operational decisions.
