Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join an insurance organisation in Dublin on a contract basis with a strong likelihood of ongoing work. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and group consolidations across multiple entities to deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A or related fields, professional accounting qualifications, and proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
• Strong experience with financial consolidations, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate financial data into clear strategic insights.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.

FP&A Manager – Insurance (Consolidation & Strategic Insights)

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a growing insurance organisation in Dublin. This role will play a key part in financial planning, and delivering strategic insights to senior leadership. This role is on a contract basis with a very likely opportunity of ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) process including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Manage and review group financial consolidations across multiple entities.
• Deliver actionable financial insights and performance analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Partner with finance, actuarial, and business teams to understand drivers of financial performance.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Improve reporting processes and strengthen financial controls across the group.

Requirements
