Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to propel growth among short-term rental operators and property managers. You will own growth channels, drive demo bookings, and work with the founder to shape market entry strategies and messaging.

You may lead a single channel or multiple, leveraging paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, and funnels to find what works and scale it. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or run across several; set strategy, launch campaigns, and own results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customer operations, what slows them down, and what makes them switch software.
• Run experiments quickly; test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Use AI to enhance research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build conversion-focused funnels and landing pages from impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to articulate product value.
• Track performance: lead quality, conversion, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
