NineDots.io in Dublin is seeking a Founding Engineer to shape an AI-assisted, self-service AdTech platform. You will own features from concept through production, work directly with the founder, and influence architecture and engineering culture in a hands-on role.

This senior IC position emphasizes shipping production software, high-throughput and low-latency systems, and building AI-enabled configuration and reporting experiences with equity upside as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production software.
• Able to start with an unclear spec and define a solution.
• Comfortable with high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Proficient in using AI coding tools to improve development.

Responsibilities

• Own features from idea through production and iteration.
• Turn direction into reliable software used by customers.
• Develop configuration, reporting and self-service experiences.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for complex processes.
• Extend integrations with demand and supply partners.
• Engage with customers and publishers on product and integration challenges.
• Shape architecture and engineering standards as the team grows.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices.
