Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Technical Builder)

We are hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers—technical builders who influence how customer-facing AI solutions are designed, built, and deployed. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, mentor junior engineers, and establish engineering standards across our Agentforce platform.

Senior Builder Experience

• Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end‑to‑end, ensuring deliverables meet the highest engineering standards.
• Use AI‑supported engineering tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Vibes) daily, setting conventions that propagate through the team.
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps by translating on‑field experiences into features.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI tools, experimenting with models and frameworks and sharing learnings.

What You’ll Actually Be Building

• Own end‑to‑end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s most strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on Agentforce, including agent logic, tool calls, multi‑agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and integration patterns that scale in enterprise environments.
• Manage the data lifecycle—model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
• Resolve technical blockers in data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance regression.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
• Develop proofs‑of‑concept and MVPs with a focus on production‑ready decisions.
• Codify patterns, reusable assets, and internal frameworks into playbooks for the broader organization.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work to develop their technical depth.
• Provide technical depth for at‑risk or strategically critical deployments and surface field insights directly to Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with the Deployment Strategist to translate complex customer challenges into ship‑ready agentic solutions.

You're Our Senior Forward Deployed Engineer If…

• Have 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end‑to‑end ownership of scalable production systems in AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Are an expert in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and conversant in the others.
• Have integrated LLMs into production, used frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, and applied prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
• Have deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Bring deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Have an entrepreneurial, get‑things‑done mindset focused on fast, impactful delivery.
• Have mentored technical talent and created reusable assets such as frameworks, playbooks, and tooling.
• Communicate clearly with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Continuously experiment with new AI/data tools and remain curious about future developments.
• Be willing to travel approximately 25% of the time, embedded with customer engineers.
• Possess proficiency in Greek and English.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect).
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI‑CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks.
• Experience architecting multi‑cloud, multi‑system enterprise AI solutions for Global 500 customers.
• Track record of influencing enterprise software roadmaps through field engineering insight.
• Open‑source contributions, published technical writing, or conference presentations.
