Job summary

Panelto Foods is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our busy Longford warehouse. This full-time, on-site role requires forklift experience and a commitment to accurate stock handling, safety, and timely dispatch of goods.

You will count, check, and scan pallets, receive deliveries, and work with production and logistics to keep stock movements smooth and compliant with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on forklift experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Good stock control and inventory management skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety procedures in a warehouse.
• Comfort with basic IT and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts to move and store materials.
• Receiving, checking and receipting incoming deliveries.
• Accurately counting, checking and scanning pallets for stock accuracy.
• Picking and delivering materials and orders across the site.
• Preparing and dispatching finished goods accurately and on time.
• Completing regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse area.
• Working with production, logistics and other departments to ensure smooth stock movements.
• Following all health, safety, food safety and quality procedures.
