Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives with a valid Forklift Licence to join a busy food production facility in Ireland. You'll be part of a rotating shift pattern, handling loading, packaging and quality checks.

Candidates with previous production or warehouse experience and a strong work ethic will thrive. Full-time hours, weekly rotations, and training provided.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives with a valid Forklift Licence to join a busy food production facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production experience who is comfortable working a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of a busy food production team
• Operating production machinery and equipment safely
• Preparing, processing and packaging food products
• Loading, unloading and moving materials using a forklift
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are maintained
• Completing production and quality checks
• Following all food safety, health & safety and company procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Working effectively as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production environment is an advantage
• Valid Forklift Licence is essential
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
