Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and act as a brand ambassador.
• Flexible with scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium Nike brand experience to customers.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new staff.
• Operate cash register, handle stock, and manage incoming/outgoing goods.
• Refill products, build visual displays and recommend items to reach sales targets.
• Bridge online and offline shopping experiences for customers.
