Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE in Naas, Co. Kildare, is hiring a Food Processing Shift Leader for our doughnut decorating team. You’ll run the shift on the shop floor, support the team, and ensure every doughnut meets our gold standard.

Join a fast-paced factory environment with opportunities for training, development, and career progression. You’ll work a rotating schedule 16:00–1:00, 17:00–2:00, or 16:00–4:00 with extra pay for hours between midnight and 6am.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food or production.
• Ability to work physically on your feet.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.
• Production Oversight: Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Doughnut Preparation: Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.
• Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Experience: Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
• Team-Oriented: Reliable, positive, and motivated by teamwork and results.

Shift Details

Varrying shift times:

16:00 to 1:00 and 17:00 to 2:00 and 16:00 to 4:00

Addtional pay:

1 euro extra/ hour between midnight and 6am.

Shift Days:

you must be fully flexible to work any day Monday to sunday on a full time basis
