Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited in Naas (Monread Industrial Estate) is seeking a Food Processing Shift Leader to steer the doughnut decorating team on the shop floor. You’ll run the shift, support the team, and ensure every doughnut meets our gold standard.

You’ll lead with a hands-on approach, help with training, and collaborate with managers to improve daily operations, while working a full shift rota with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Physically active role.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.
• Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.
• Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Our Krispy Kreme Factory in Naas is the heart of our doughnut production in Ireland. It's where our skilled Manufacturing and Logistics teams work together to make and distribute our delicious, freshly made doughnuts to stores and cabinets across the country every day. We're on the lookout for a Food Processing Shift Leader to join our team and help lead the way in doughnut perfection. As a Shift Leader in our doughnut decorating team, you'll run the shift on the shop floor, support your team, and help ensure every single doughnut meets Krispy Kreme's gold standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership Experience: Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
• Team-Oriented: Reliable, positive, and motivated by teamwork and results.

Varrying shift times:

16:00 to 1:00 and 17:00 to 2:00 and 16:00 to 4:00

Addtional pay:

1 euro extra/ hour between midnight and 6am.

Shift Days:

you must be fully flexible to work any day Monday to sunday on a full time basis
