Job summary

Elite Cuisine is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our Cork team. The role involves assisting with food preparation, packing and portioning, loading and delivering catering orders to clients, and supporting kitchen staff with basic prep and stock rotation.

You will follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times, maintain cleanliness of prep areas and equipment, and provide general kitchen and catering support during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must hold a HACCP Level 2 certificate.
• Must be 25 years of age or over.
• Full, valid driving licence; able and willing to drive in Ireland.
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings.
