Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort in Ireland is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team on a full/part-time basis. You will provide high-quality service and hospitality to guests in a fast-paced luxury setting, handling duties across the bar and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Must be available midweek and weekends.
• Experience in a 4/5* hotel or golf resort is preferred.
• Proficient with till systems.
• Well-organised, strong team player and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to high levels of customer service.
• Ability to foster working relationships.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Role may involve late nights and early hours and is suitable for someone over 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent standards of excellence in Food & Beverage.
• Meet, greet and serve guests to Farnham Estate standard.
• Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times.
• Deal with guests' requests in an effective and timely manner.
• Upsell products and services of Farnham Estate.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas, inside and outside.
• Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.
