Job summary

The Montenotte in Cork is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join its renowned team. You will follow brand standards, serve guests with warmth and professionalism, and maintain high cleanliness levels in the bar and restaurant.

You will wear the correct uniform and present yourself to the highest grooming standards. You will handle guest needs and complaints with care, ensuring satisfaction, and report any incidents to management promptly.

Responsibilities

• To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage
• To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
• To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant
• To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
• To ensure the correct uniform including name badge is worn at all times
• All staff should be presentable at all times and in adherence with the grooming standards in the staff handbook
• To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• To ensure any complaints and incidents are brought to your manager or supervisors attention at the time
