Job summary

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for full-time availability. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service and maintaining high service standards throughout shifts.

The successful candidate will work a mix of morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays, and join a supportive Windward Management team within a luxury Irish hotel setting.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment.
• Able to work as part of a busy hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Provides efficient, prompt, courteous service while serving and setting tables.
• Sets tables as needed prior or on guest arrival.
• Ensure mis-en-place is correct and ready for service for each shift.
• Be flexible and adapt to changing environment and demand of a busy workplace.

The Food & Beverage Assistant is an exciting role that aims to ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience and enjoy excellent service.

Please note this role will require full flexibility for full time work.

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle wasacquired by Mr. Thomas Röggla in December 2022. The hotel joined his collection of luxury Irish hotels forming the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey’s Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights.

Role & Responsibilities

About the role

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a part of a successful team unit

• The ideal candidate must have availability to work a minimum of four days per week

Salary Information

The advertised pay range represents the salary available for this role. Final starting salary will be determined within this range, based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and business requirements.
