Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, invites applications for a Folding/Setting Operator on a 2-cycle shift pattern. You will operate folding machines, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot glue systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are required. Experience is desirable but not essential; full training is provided. MCC offers a supportive environment, shift premiums, and opportunities for development.

Folding/Setting Operator

At Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) we are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Folding/Setting Operator to join our team! This position is on a 2-cycle shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Operating various format folding machines, completing machine change overs and troubleshooting, working with various glue systems across machines, following safety procedure and quality SOP’s , ensuring customer specifications are met.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, basic numeracy, effective communication skills, ability to read, understand and follow written instructions, good English (written and oral), and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
