Job summary

MCC Label Drogheda is seeking an Inspection/Finishing Operative to inspect, finish, slit, rewind and pack products to our quality standards. You will work to the Process Plan of Control and ensure accuracy, with emphasis on timely communication of any quality issues to the Shift Manager.

The role involves operating rewind/inspection equipment, label inspection, splicing, and set-up of multiple slitter units, with a 36-hour week minimum to fit the business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/finishing environment preferred.
• Ability to inspect and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Effective communication of quality-related information to team.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks as per the Process Plan of Control and maintain quality of work.
• Relay quality-affecting information promptly to the team.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety rules, and housekeeping practices.
